渣漿泵機(jī)械密封的特點(diǎn)
優(yōu)點(diǎn):機(jī)械密封設(shè)有由彈性元件、鋪助密封圓等構(gòu)成的軸向磨損補(bǔ)償機(jī)構(gòu)，因此其泄漏量極??；壽命長，一般為1~2年:對(duì)抽的摩擦小；可自動(dòng)運(yùn)行而不需在運(yùn)行時(shí)調(diào)正；功率損失小，只有填料密封的1/3-1/10,耐振動(dòng)性好；使用廣泛；目前轉(zhuǎn)速可達(dá)17000r/min，壓力達(dá)到30MPa。
缺點(diǎn):零件多，精度高，相應(yīng)造價(jià)高；由于動(dòng)密封面垂直于旋轉(zhuǎn)軸線，所以安裝時(shí)的對(duì)中非常重要。
