一、 單級(jí)或兩級(jí)單吸懸臂泵
如圖2-13所示，這種結(jié)構(gòu)泵用途最廣。泵軸的一端在托架內(nèi)用軸承支承，另一端懸出，裝有葉輪，所以這種結(jié)構(gòu)型式的泵常被稱為懸臂泵。軸承可以用稀油潤(rùn)滑，也可以用油脂潤(rùn)滑。軸封常采用填料或機(jī)械密封等，揚(yáng)程低的泵可用骨架式橡膠密封。軸向力平衡常采用平衡孔或背葉片。圖2-13泵體為后開門的結(jié)構(gòu)，裝拆時(shí)可不必拆卸進(jìn)出口管路，但也可為前開門的結(jié)構(gòu)，換葉輪時(shí)比較方便，只要把泵蓋拆下即可。為了增加泵的穩(wěn)定性，底腳也可放到懸架上。單級(jí)揚(yáng)程不能滿足時(shí)，可制成兩級(jí)泵，一般兩個(gè)葉輪采用背靠背排列以平衡軸向力。對(duì)高溫泵采用水平中心支承支架式的結(jié)構(gòu)。渣漿泵廠家

As shown in Figure 2-13, this kind of structure pump is most widely used. One end of the pump shaft is supported by a bearing in the bracket, and the other end is hung out with an impeller, so this type of pump is often called a cantilever pump. Bearings can be lubricated with thin oil or grease. The shaft seal usually adopts packing or mechanical seal, and the pump with low lift can be sealed with framework rubber. Balance hole or back blade is often used for axial force balance. Fig. 2-13 the pump body is of the structure of rear opening door. It is not necessary to dismantle the inlet and outlet pipelines during installation and disassembly, but it can also be of the structure of front opening door. It is convenient to change the impeller, as long as the pump cover is removed. In order to increase the stability of the pump, the foot can also be placed on the suspension. When the single-stage lift cannot be satisfied, two-stage pumps can be made. Generally, two impellers are arranged back-to-back to balance the axial force.
